Licensee Content definition

Licensee Content means any Licensee or third party digital assets, software tools, applications or databases, or other data or content that Licensee or its Authorized Users upload to or use in conjunction with the Software.
Licensee Content means any data and information distributed or submitted electronically or otherwise by you via the Software, including but not limited to, data, soil information, agricultural data, inventory information and shipping information.
Licensee Content means any content that is provided by or associated with the Licensee and that is processed by the Service.

  • For avoidance of any doubt, Licensee is not required to delete the Licensee Content.

  • Adobe has no responsibility or liability for any loss, use or misuse of Licensee Content in a Collaboration Space.

More Definitions of Licensee Content

Licensee Content means any data uploaded to Licensee’s account for storage and/or processing by the Licensee’s dedicated instance of the Enterprise Security SaaS solution maintained within Licensor’s cloud computing environment for the benefit of the Licensee’s as part of the provision of Services.
Licensee Content means any and all information, software, data, materials, works, expressions, documents, records, or other content, including text, images, audio, video, and designs, received by HCL from Licensee, Licensee’s Affiliates, Authorized Users, or third parties in HCL’s performance of the Hosting Services and/or Managed Services, including content that is uploaded, submitted, transferred, collected, or downloaded, pursuant to an Order or at the written request or instruction of Licensee. Licensee Content also includes any registered domain names provided by Licensee or registered on behalf of Licensee in connection with the Hosting Services and/or Managed Services. All output, copies, reproductions, improvements, modifications, adaptions, and derivative works based on, derived from, or otherwise using any Licensee Content are themselves also Licensee Content. Licensee Content includes all user data and personal information but does not include HCL Content.
Licensee Content means any content Licensee makes available to its Users via the Hosted Services, except for User Submitted Media.
Licensee Content means any content that Licensee uploads including but not limited to, information, data, documents, communications, files, text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, webcasts, tools, resources, software and products that Licensee transmits or otherwise makes available as part of Licensee’s testing of the Hosted Services. For the avoidance of doubt, test results provided by Licensee to Adobe regarding the Hosted Service is excluded from this definition and is subject to the Evaluation Feedback provision in the Agreement.
Licensee Content means any data, material or information that Licensee or Authorized Users submit, provide or otherwise make available to Black Duck (for example, without limitation, answers to course tests, scores, reports and feedback).
Licensee Content means digital promotional and marketing material, including loyalty programs, provided by Licensee for provision of its Promotions via the Services to Subscribers, including any Licensee trade name, trademark, service mark and logos.
Licensee Content means any content that Licensee creates as part of Licensee’s testing of the Prerelease Software.
