Common use of License to Products Clause in Contracts

License to Products. Granicus hereby grants Client a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to access and use the Products identified in the Order during the Term set forth therein. In addition to the terms of this Agreement and the Order, product-specific license terms applicable to certain of the Products can be found at xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Granicus reserves all right, title and interest in and to all Granicus Products, including all rights not expressly granted to Client under this Agreement.

License to Products. Granicus hereby grants Client a non-exclusive, non- transferable non-transferable, non-assignable, limited right license to access and use the Products identified in the Order during the Term set forth thereintherein for its own internal business purposes. In addition to the terms of this Agreement and the Order, product-specific license terms applicable to certain of the Products can be found at xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx in Schedule 2 below and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Granicus reserves all right, title and interest in and to all Granicus Products, including all rights not expressly granted to Client under this Agreement.
