Account Set-Up. We may, in our discretion, provide one or more administrative portals or websites available to you in connection with your use of the Service and your usage of data (“Account Access”) or, as applicable to the Service selected, so you can administer end usersaccess to the Service and review data usage reports. In connection with Account Access and discussions with us regarding your account, we may furnish you with one or more user identifications or passwords. You are responsible for it and its authorized users’ confidentiality of such information. You are also responsible for verifying and maintaining the account, options, settings, and other parameters under which the Service are used. We may discontinue Account Access at any time in our discretion.

Account Set-Up. You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering to use the Application and establishing your account (“Registration Information”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or ThingLogix has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ThingLogix may suspend or terminate your account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and any usage and activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree not to allow others to access your account or utilize your password.
Account Set-Up. 4.1 Carrier must provide the appropriate Frontier representative the necessary documentation to enable Frontier to establish a master account for Carrier. Such documentation will include a completed Carrier Master Account Questionnaire, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services within Frontier territory, proof that tariffs are on file and approved by the applicable Commission, and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable. Frontier will have no obligation to begin taking orders for service until after the necessary documents have been provided to Frontier, and the necessary deposit requirements are met.

Where we reasonably suspect that you are located in, resident in or a citizen of a country where we do not offer or sell our products or where we are not permitted to offer or sell our products; c) In order to make use of the Online Service, you must have a bank account held in your name and address at a recognised banking institution, from which you shall settle Gold Bullion order invoices. You must provide the information set out in Schedule 1 to us as part of the Account set up process and any other necessary information requested by us. d) You are fully responsible for checking the information we hold with regard to your bank account and must immediately notify us of any incorrect and/or incomplete information, prior to entering into each transaction. If you do not do this in a timely manner, then any consequences shall be for your own account and risk. e) You must notify us of any changes to your personal and bank account information within 24 hours by updating your details online. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information or that you have not informed us in a timely manner of errors, omissions and/or changes in your personal or bank account information. All damage or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are at your own risk. f) You must not nominate or otherwise authorise any third party to deal through your Account. g) We do not allow purchases on margin in any circumstances. You must pay each Gold Bullion invoice by its due date. h) When processing a Gold Bullion invoice, you must include the unique Account identification number, or such other identifier provided to you corresponding to your order in the reference or description field of the bank transfer.

Renaissance shall create an administrator account to enable Licensee’s administrator to access the Applications and provide Licensee with the identification number, password, encryption key, or other access codes to access the administrator account (the “Admin Login Information”). b. Renaissance shall assist Licensee with loading the Licensee Data and creating user names and passwords for each Authorised User to use the Applications (the “Onboarding Services”). To the extent Licensee has purchased any Data Integration Services as identified in the Quote, Renaissance grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non- sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable, limited license, during the Subscription Period, to access and integrate the API provided by Renaissance with Licensee’s Student Information System to enable the Applications to obtain and update Licensee Data in the Applications. Any use of the Applications through the Admin Login Information or any other accounts created by Licensee (collectively, the “Login Information”) will be considered use by the Licensee. Licensee agrees not to sell, transfer, or assign its Login Information or allow others to use it except Authorised Users as authorised herein. Licensee agrees to immediately notify Renaissance of any unauthorised use of its Login Information or any other breach of security or confidentiality thereof, and in such event Renaissance shall have the right, without limitation of any other rights under the Agreement, at law or in equity, to terminate the Agreement and/or take any steps necessary to prevent the unauthorised use.
