License to Use the Service. Nintex owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Service. Nintex hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable, right to access and use the Service, solely for its own internal business purposes during the Subscription Term, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any restrictions and limitations designated in the applicable Order Form. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, Nintex reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related Intellectual Property Rights. No rights are granted to Customer hereunder other than as expressly set forth herein.
