Common use of License to Use the Service Clause in Contracts

License to Use the Service. During the Term and subject to Demand Partner’s compliance with the Agreement, Fyber will provide Demand Partner with a limited,‌ non-exclusive, royalty-free (except as may be set forth otherwise in the respective Service Order), non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to (a) access and use the applicable Service and Bid Request in accordance with the PISA Addendum attached hereto as Appendix B and solely for the purposes of (i) buying Ad Inventory on the Property, and (ii) to serve and deliver, or enable Fyber to serve and deliver (as applicable to the specific Service), Ads on the Property (or the Specified Supply Partner Property in connection with the Programmatic mediation Service) via the Fyber SDK, Fyber API or Tag (as applicable to Demand Partner’s use of the Service); and (b) access and use the Fyber dashboard, or third party’s dashboard provided on behalf of Fyber (as applicable for the specific Service), for the purpose of reviewing Demand Partner’s activity on and use of the Service.
