Licensed Information. Upon request of Rani, Celltrion will promptly cooperate to provide to Rani all Licensed Information reasonably requested and will provide Rani with letters of authorization (i.e., a right of reference) to any requested Regulatory Filings or Regulatory Approvals related to Drug (e.g., IND, biologics license application or new drug application) that are reasonably necessary for Rani’s development, manufacture or commercialization of Product.
Licensed Information. Seller uses the Licensed Information in connection not only with the Auction Businesses, but also in connection with one or more of its Retained Businesses. As provided in Section 2.1(5) above, Seller is granting to Buyer and its Affiliates the Information License. Buyer understands and agrees that Seller shall continue to be the owner of and will continue to use the Licensed Information subject to the restrictions contained in the Non-Competition Agreement.
Licensed Information. Any Proprietary Information of or used by Glycyx which is or may be subject to an exclusive licence to CKD hereunder, shall not be disclosed by Glycyx to any Third Party for use in the Territory except for purposes not inconsistent with such exclusive license and only pursuant to confidentiality and non-use restrictions at least as restrictive as those provided herein.
Licensed Information. Any Proprietary Information of or used by Biorex which is or may be subject to an exclusive licence to Glycyx hereunder, shall not be disclosed by Biorex to any Third Party for use in the Shire Territory.

Licensed Information. Licensed Information. Effective as of the Closing, Company hereby grants and agrees to grant to Buyer and its subsidiaries a perpetual, worldwide, paid-up, non-exclusive license to use the Business Information (a) related to or used in the Business or (b) located at the Facility (the "Licensed Information"), and such license may be assigned, extended, sublicensed or otherwise transferred, in whole or in part, by Buyer to any other party. Company will furnish Licensed Information located at the Facility to Buyer on the Closing Date, and at the request of Company, Buyer shall make copies of such Licensed Information for Company following the Closing. Company will furnish Licensed Information that is not located at the Facility on the Closing Date to Buyer as soon as possible after the Closing Date, but in no event later than sixty (60) days after the Closing Date, and pending such delivery, Company shall provide access to such Licensed Information in accordance with Section 7.11.(b). Notwithstanding the foregoing, as to any books, records, contracts, other documents or data of Company relating to the Purchased Assets or the Business that includes information not relating to the Purchased Assets or the Business (other than in a nominal or inconsequential manner) ("Other Information"), Company shall not be obligated to make Other Information available, but Company shall (i) to the extent practicable, redact (physically, electronically or otherwise) the Other Information or (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to prepare and present the information Buyer requests in any other reasonable manner such that Other Information is not made available to Buyer.
Licensed Information. In return for the royalties and other payments described in Section 4, Licensors grant to Licensee a royalty-bearing, exclusive license under the Licensed Information in the Licensed Field and Licensed Territory to make, have made, use, have used, sell, offer to sell, have offered to sell, import, have imported, develop, have developed, research, have researched, commercialize and have commercialized Licensed Products. For clarity, Licensee shall be permitted to seek the right to export and have exported Licensed Products under this Agreement.
Licensed Information. 2.1. The Special Conditions of the Agreement shall determine the Licensed Information by the Subscriber, specifying each and all of the Information Products included, and setting the date from which each and all of the said Information Products will be made available to the Subscriber.
