Licensee Notice of Construction Completion. Licensee shall provide written notice to Central Xxxxxx of the actual dates of Attachment within thirty (30) days upon completion of construction or conversion. Licensee shall submit to Central Xxxxxx’x Real Property Services Division Exhibit A-2 with columns A through I fully completed. Notice shall include pole numbers, street locations, quantity of fixtures and wattages.
