Licenses and Permits; Access. Lessor shall execute any petitions, requests, applications and the like as Lessee shall reasonably request in order to obtain any permit, license, variances and approvals which, in the reasonable judgment of Lessee, are necessary for the lawful construction and/or operation of Lessee’s business on the Premises, provided, however, that Lessee shall indemnify and save Lessor harmless from any and all expenses, costs, charges, liabilities, losses, obligations, damages and claims of any type which may be imposed upon, asserted against or incurred by Lessor by reason of same, including without limitation, the fees and cost of Lessor’s attorneys’ for reviewing any documents submitted by Lessee to or for the benefit of Lessor.
