Licenses, Certifications and Permits. The Consultant covenants and declares that it has obtained all diplomas, certificates, licenses, permits or the like required of the Consultant by any and all national, state, regional, county, local boards, agencies, commissions, committees or other regulatory bodies in order to perform the Work contracted for under this Agreement. All work performed by Consultant under this Agreement shall be in accordance with applicable legal requirements and shall meet the standard of quality ordinarily expected of competent professionals.
