Bonus Days. A regular full time employee of the City shall be given Bonus Days provided the employee has earned sick pay benefits in the previous year, in accordance with the Bonus Day Table set forth below: For the purpose of bonus vacation, unpaid sick days taken will be applied in the same manner as paid sick days. Bonus Days. Subject to subparagraphs (1), (2) and (3) below, all employees shall receive a day off with pay for each six hundred and forty (640) hours of work. Hours to include: hours of work, statutory holidays, bonus days, sick pay, and jury and witness pay. Bonus day to be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date within one (1) month of date earned and to be combined with regular day off.
(1) Employees hired after SAR (December 16, 2007) shall not be eligible for bonus days.
(2) Current employees may, within one (1) month of SAR (December 16, 2007), elect either to maintain their bonus day entitlement or receive a payout in lieu of bonus days as follows:
(i) employees regularly working thirty-two (32) hours or more per week, regular current rate times eight (8) hours times three (3);
(ii) employees regularly working less than thirty-two (32) hours per week, regular current rate times eight (8) hours times two (2).
(3) Employees who elect the payout shall no longer be entitled to accrue bonus days.

Bonus Days. Section 1. At the completion of each calendar year, all full-time Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to receive paid bonus days as set forth in "Appendix B". Paid bonus days shall be taken on the same basis as vacation days in the year following the calendar year which was the basis for allowance thereof or they shall be forfeited.

Bonus Days i. Bonus pay will be awarded as set forth in this Section to any employee who uses fewer than two (2) accrue per bonus pay period during the school year. The two bonus pay periods will run from August 15 through January 31 and from February 1 through the end of the school year. All bonus pay shall be at the employee's regular rate of pay at the time of the bonus pay distribution.
ii. Bonus pay shall be issued in the last pay period in February and the last pay period in June based on the employee's use of sick days in the prior bonus pay period. If an employee has used no sick days during either of the bonus pay periods for the school year, the employee will be paid a stipend of one hundred ($100) dollars. Employees who use any sick days during the year, except as provided in Article IV, Section i, iii, shall not get the additional one hundred ($100) dollar stipend, even if they are eligible for bonus day pay under the terms of this Article and Section.
Bonus Days. Only those unit members who work five (5) days per week are eligible to earn up to two (2) bonus days per year. Employees who work less than five (5) days per week are eligible to earn no more than one (1) bonus day per year. Unit members may earn bonus days as follows:
a. A unit member who works five (5) days per week and does not use any of his or her annual sick leave during the full year for their position shall earn two (2) bonus days which may be used during the following year.
b. A unit member who uses three (3) or less days of annual sick leave during the full year for their position shall earn one (1) bonus day which may be used during the following year.
c. Bonus days are intended be used during the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which they are earned. However, one (1) bonus day may be carried over to a second year. If not used, they are lost. No explanation is required when a bonus day is used but pre-approval of the unit member's supervisor is required.
d. For school year employees only, rather than accepting time off, the unit member may instead opt to accept payment of $50.00 per each bonus day earned. Should an affected unit member opt for such payment he/she shall notify the District’s Personnel Office by May 31 of his/her intent to seek payment for the bonus day(s).
Bonus Days. 57.1 An employee shall be entitled to bonus days on January 1st of 2015-2017 provided he/she had utilized sick pay benefits in the previous calendar year in accordance with the Bonus Day Table set forth below:
57.2 Bonus days shall be earned and utilized as days, not hours.
