Licenses; Communications. Exhibitor grants to Emerald a fully paid, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name, trade names, product names, and other proprietary property of Exhibitor in any directory (print, electronic or other media) listing exhibitors at the Event, and to use those items in Emerald’s promotional materials. Emerald shall not be liable for any errors in any listings or descriptions or for omitting Exhibitor from any directory or other lists or materials. Emerald may also take photographs or videotape of Exhibitor’s booth space, products, guests and personnel during, before, or after the Event, and use those photographs or videotape for any promotional purpose. Exhibitor understands and agrees that representatives from various media may visit the Event and photograph, videotape or otherwise record portions of the Event and include any part or all of the same in any broadcast without the express consent of, or liability to, Exhibitor. Emerald hereby grants to Exhibitor a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display and reproduce the name and logo of the Event (the “Marks”) on Exhibitor’s marketing materials solely and directly in connection with exhibiting at the Event. This limited license expires at the conclusion of the Event. Emerald may terminate this license immediately at any time upon Exhibitor’s breach of the terms of use of this license. Under no circumstances may Exhibitor ever modify in any way the Marks or other trademarks of the Event or of Emerald. By entering into this Agreement and providing contact information, including a telephone number, Exhibitor and its affiliates explicitly consent to being contacted by or on behalf of Emerald for any purposes, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, promotional offers, and customer care, and by any means, including autodialed calls, regardless whether the phone number appears on the National Do-Not-Call Registry (or state equivalent). Exhibitor consent is not required to purchase any goods or services from Emerald.

Emerald may also take photographs of Xxxxxxx’s spon- sorship content and use those photographs for any promotional purpose connected to the Event. Sponsor understands and agrees that representatives from various media may visit the Event and photograph, videotape or otherwise record portions of the Event and include any part or all of the same in any broadcast without the express consent of, or liability to, Sponsor. The Association shall not be liable for any errors in any listings or descriptions or for omitting Exhibitor from any directory or other lists or materials. The Association may also take photographs of Exhibitor’s booth space, products, guests and personnel during, before, or after the Event, and use those photographs for any promotional purpose. The Association hereby grants to Exhibitor a limited, non- exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name of the Event (the “Xxxx”) solely and directly in connection with exhibiting at the Event. Unless Exhibitor receives the Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association’s (FHTA) prior written consent, Exhibitor may not use the Xxxx in any other way, including but not limited to, on party invitations, for special events or on marketing materials. This limited license expires at the conclusion of the Event. The Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association (FHTA) may terminate this license immediately at any time for any or no reason.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.

  • Union Communications (a) The Employer will provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union. The sites will be determined by mutual agreement. The use of the bulletin boards is restricted to the affairs of the Union.
