LICENSING SERVICES BY CITY. 21 Upon receipt from COUNTY of investigations of applications for licenses 22 referred to in Subsection C-7 of this Agreement, CITY Manager shall determine 23 whether to grant or deny the licenses and will issue the licenses or notify the 24 applicants of denial.
