LICENSING SERVICES BY CITY. 21 Upon receipt from SHERIFF of investigations of application for licenses 22 referred to in Subsection C-8 of the Amendment, CITY Manager shall 23 determine whether to grant or deny the licenses and will issue the licenses or 24 notify the applicants of denial.
