For the consideration hereinafter stated, the Owner agrees to let Occupant use and occupy a space as listed above in the self-service storage facility, situated in the city and county listed above in the state of Tennessee, hereinafter referred to as "Space". Said space is to be occupied and used for the purposes specified herein and subject to the conditions set forth, beginning on the Rental Agreement date listed above and continuing month to month until terminated.
