Lieutenant Process. To be eligible for taking the promotional exam, an employee must meet the following minimum requirements:
Lieutenant Process. The Assessment Center will use assessors, of equal rank or above, who are selected from other police departments. The Assessment Center will be conducted exclusively by the Personnel Department. Assessors will not come into contact with members of the Oklahoma City Police Department, prior to or during the process, except in the course of their assessment duties. Any questions that might arise will be resolved by contact between the police department’s Director of Training and the Personnel Department.
