Emergency Recall. Employees must have the ability to respond to emergency recall within four (4) hours.
Emergency Recall. An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift and who is recalled to work, shall be paid a lump sum amount equal to four times (4x) his standard hourly rate, or, he shall be paid double (2x) his standard hourly rate for all hours actually worked, whichever is better.
Emergency Recall. Recall for the purposes of this Article will be considered emergency overtime. Emergency recall means notifying an Employee that he/she is to report back to work at a time disconnected from his/her regular shift and for the purposes of meeting unforeseen staffing needs generated by an emergency as declared by the Chief or his designee. Recalled Employees who report within thirty (30) minutes will be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours or actual time worked at their overtime rate, whichever is greater. Recalled Employees who report later than thirty (30) minutes will be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours at their overtime rate. Time served beyond the minimum will be counted as hours worked for the purposes of determining overtime, as calculated in Section 13.5 (Overtime Pay).
Emergency Recall. Section 1. Definition - When an incident or series of incidents occurs in which the on-duty personnel resources have been exhausted, a call back of off-duty personnel may be necessary. It is Management and labor’s goal to make this call back as quick, simple and fair as possible. An emergency recall will be ordered by the Chief or his or her officer in charge. When a call back is issued automatically through the Computer Aided Dispatching System, it will be considered an order.
Emergency Recall. (i) A Player on Loan to a club of any league affiliated with the League may be Recalled from such Loan under emergency conditions at any time for the duration of the emergency only following which he must be returned promptly to the club from which he was Recalled.
(ii) Emergency conditions shall be established when the playing strength of the Loaning Club, by reason of incapacitating injury or illness or by League suspension to its Players is reduced below the level of two (2) goalkeepers, six (6) defensemen and twelve (12) forwards. Proof of the existence of the emergency conditions including the incapacity shall be furnished to the Commissioner of the League upon request made by him.
(iii) For the purpose of establishing the existence of emergency conditions at any time, to support the Recall of a Player for participation in any Playoff Game, it shall be deemed that the Player(s) on Loan following 3:00 p.m. New York time of the fortieth (40th) day immediately preceding the last day of the Regular Season are continuing on Loan for the remainder of the season notwithstanding that the Loaned club(s) may have been eliminated from further play for the season.
Emergency Recall. Where an employee has completed her regularly scheduled tour and left the hospital and is “called in” to work outside her regular scheduled working hours while not on standby, such employee shall be entitled to time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked at her regular straight time rate with the understanding that in no event shall an employee be paid less than four (4) hours at her regular straight time rate.

Emergency Recall. (a) An employee who has punched out and left the shop and is recalled to do emergency work shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at time and one half, or if he/she works for a longer period, time and one half for all time worked.
(b) Notwithstanding the above, where such a recall is for the purpose of re-doing work not properly performed, paragraph 6 (a) of this Schedule A will govern.
Emergency Recall. Any employee who reports, when requested, for work other than his regularly scheduled hours shall be guaranteed four (4) hours of pay at his overtime rate. The employee shall be guaranteed the overtime rate of pay for the actual time worked, but no less than four (4) hours pay at the overtime rate. Time spent in staff meetings scheduled by the Chief/Director of the Department shall be excluded from this provision. The terms of this Section shall not apply to "Acting Time" as set forth in Section 2113.25 hereof. Employees, on the platoon schedule, who are credited with hours of work on any of the specific date of the major holidays shall be compensated twelve (12) hours at their regular straight time rate for having been credited with hours worked on those days.
