Common use of Life Cycle Analysis Clause in Contracts

Life Cycle Analysis. In accordance with Section 123.011 of the Ohio Revised Code and Rule 123:4 of the Ohio Administrative Code, the Associate shall prepare and submit three (3) copies of a Life Cycle Cost Analysis to the University unless a different number is provided in the Technical Proposal or by the University in writing.

Life Cycle Analysis. This subparagraph does not apply if the Architect utilizes a different number is provided system set forth in the Technical Proposal or by Design Manual. The applicable Life Cycle Analysis calculations have already been prepared for systems contained in the University in writingDesign Manual.
