Common use of Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability. During the term of this Agreement, 2 nurses will participate in the life insurance and long-term disability plan as in 3 accordance with the provisions of the SHS plan. During the term of this 4 Agreement, nurses may also participate in the voluntary insurance plans in 5 accordance with the provisions in the SHS plan.

Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability. During the term of this Agreement, 2 nurses 18 will participate in the life insurance and long-term disability plan as in 3 accordance 19 with the provisions of the SHS plan. During the term of this 4 Agreement, nurses may 20 also participate in the voluntary insurance plans in 5 accordance with the provisions in 21 the SHS plan.

During the term of this Agreement, 2 nurses will participate in the life insurance and long-term disability plan as in 3 accordance with the provisions of the SHS plan. During the term of this Agreement, 2 31 nurses will participate in the life insurance and long-term disability plan as in 3 32 accordance with the provisions of the SHS plan.
