LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 11.1 Unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement is in force from the Effective Date recited on page one and remains in effect for the life of the last-to-expire patent or last to be abandoned patent application in Regents' Patent Rights, whichever is later. 11.2 Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee will have no further right to make, have made, use or sell any Licensed Product except as provided in Article 14 (Disposition of Licensed Products on Hand Upon Termination). 11.3 Any expiration or termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and obligations set forth in the following Articles:
