Lifeguard Services. The State may provide lifeguard services on the Premises. At anytime during the term of this contract, if an injury or death of a concession staff or customer occurs during the execution of the terms of this contract, Concessionaire shall maintain total liability. Any State lifeguard present on the beach at any time is responsible for patrol of the entire State Beach property and the safety of all persons present. At no time shall said lifeguard be responsible solely for the concessionaire and the concession clients.
Lifeguard Services. The lifeguard in charge is responsible for strict enforcement of all regulations which are a part of this contract. • FOHPP (acting through the lifeguard in charge) has the authority to suspend the party activities for violation of the regulations or for any other reason which, in the lifeguard’s judgment, constitutes a hazard to persons or property. • If a function is terminated by the lifeguard for any of the foregoing reasons, no portion of the rental fee is refundable, and FOHPP shall not be liable for any other costs or damages incurred by RENTER. • The lifeguard in charge may consult with FOHPP with regard to enforcement actions.
Lifeguard Services. The YMCA will provide one (1) lifeguard services to the District on days school is in session Monday through Friday for 7.5 hours per day from 7:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

INDEMNIFICATION: RENTER agrees to indemnify and hold FOHPP, and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from all claims, liability, loss, cost, expenses or damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, as a result of injury or death or any person, or property damage to any property sustained by RENTER or any other guest which arise from any act or omission on or about the TOSA Pool at Xxxx Xxxx facilities by RENTER, its agents, guests, or employees, in the performance of this Rental Agreement, including any and all expenses, legal or otherwise, incurred in the defense of any suit or claim. Lifeguard Services. Lifeguard services are required and provided for all functions using the pool at the TOSA Pool at Xxxx Xxxx. The lifeguard in charge is responsible for strict enforcement of all regulations which are a part of this contract.
Lifeguard Services. During all periods that the lagoon and pool(s) are open to the public, TENANT, or a contractor of TENANT properly licensed and insured, shall have employees 6 (lifeguards) available to supervise and monitor each location in sufficient number to ensure water safety to all users of the facility. Lifeguard services for the Premises shall conform to the current 7 requirements of City for lifeguard qualifications, training, and level of service. 8 TENANT shall maintain written verification of each employee’s certification in Cardio-Pulmonary- Resuscitation (CPR), Senior Lifesaving, and Basic First Aid and/or other City-approved standards 9 on the Premises at all times.
Lifeguard Services. Premier will provide lifeguards and gate monitors for Aquatic Facility at the expense of Premier. Lifeguards will be certified by the American Red Cross and fully trained by Premier to monitor the entire Aquatic Facility during all business hours. Lifeguards will be responsible for the safety of guests in the facility, as well as enforcing facility rules. Lifeguards and aquatics staff will be required to wear aquatics staff uniforms, co-branded with Premier Aquatics and City logos, which will include staff shorts and t-shirts. Staff uniforms will help members and residents easily identify them at all times. Premier lifeguard uniforms will be printed with “Lifeguard” on the back of the shirt. Shirts will be white with red writing and shorts will be red. Lifeguards will undergo in-service training weekly to remain current on all safety procedures required by the American Red Cross and Premier, as well as to continue to stay current on facility specific Emergency Action Plans (EAP). In-service trainings will be conducted twice per year to ensure that all staff is up to date on skills.
