Lifeguard Training. 1. Union may meet with City to discuss training programs and enforcement responsibilities for Lifeguards, including the development of a training program for Seasonal Lifeguard I’s.
Lifeguard Training. Each and every lifeguard who will perform services pursuant to this Agreement has completed all lifeguard training and is fully qualified to perform lifeguard activities including, but not limited to, being certified to be a lifeguard and having Red Cross certification in CPR and first aid.
Lifeguard Training. The schedule shall be set by the Red Cross instructor who conducts the training and is anticipated to occur between 8:00AM and 3:00PM, as the training shall not conflict with the open swim schedule. TO BE DETERMINED PRIOR TO (June 8, 2015)
