Common use of Limit On Carry-Over Clause in Contracts

Limit On Carry-Over. An employee may not carry-over more than the equivalent of the preceding calendar year's earned vacation credits plus 12 additional days. Any further carry-over of vacation credits must be approved by the Department Head and the General Manager. Excess vacation not approved for carry-over shall be paid.
