Limitation of Liability Applicable to Meet-Point Billing Arrangements. In the event of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data received from either Party, the liability of the Party providing such data shall be limited to the provision of corrected data or developing a substitute based on past usage in accordance with Section 6.3.2. This Section 6.5 shall apply to Meet Point Billing arrangements in lieu of the provisions of Articles XXIV and XXV.
