Section 6.3.2. 10 Employees will be allowed to accrue two hundred forty (240) hours of vacation credit. All 11 additional vacation hours must be used within the year in which they are earned.
Section 6.3.2. 16 No employee shall be required to work more than five (5) consecutive hours without a meal 17 period.
Section 6.3.2. 30 Employees who apply and are awarded a position at a lower classification will be placed on the 31 appropriate longevity step consistent with their years of service to the District pursuant to 32 Section 15.2 of the Agreement.
Section 6.3.2. 2 Employees who are discharged or who terminate shall, subject to Section 6.3., receive payment 3 for unused accrued vacation credit with their final paycheck.
Section 6.3.2. 15 The District shall schedule one mandatory meeting per month for staff collaboration and 16 development. This time may be used to fulfill waiver time.

Section 6.3.2. 27 Drivers will be responsible for keeping current driver's licenses required to drive a school bus, 28 first aid card and DOT physical examinations as required by the District or the State, and 29 driver's certificate. Each school year, the District shall pay all employees required to maintain
Section 6.3.2. 3. 42 Such leave shall be non-accumulative. 44 Section 6.3.2.4. 45 Employee discretionary leave may be used for any day on which the District operated 46 under an emergency schedule due to inclement weather.
