Limitation on Dollar Amount of Transactions. The balance available for authorizing purchases or cash withdrawals is the lesser of 1) the balance on your Card, or 2) dollar limitations. • Minimum withdrawal amountMinimum withdrawals are subject to the method of withdrawal. • Maximum withdrawal amount – There is a maximum cash withdrawal amount of $1,000 per day (up to $1,500 per rolling 7-day period). This includes teller and ATM withdrawals, and cash-back transactions from merchants at the point of sale. Further dollar limitations may be imposed by specific ATMs or merchants. • Maximum spending amounts – There is a maximum daily spending limit of $3,000 (up to $10,000 per month). For security reasons, Commerce reserves the right to implement additional limits on the amount, number or type of transactions you can make using the Card.

Limitation on Dollar Amount of Transactions. You may only deposit or transfer a max of $25,000 in an ATM on a daily basis. • You may withdraw no more than $305 (including surcharges) per day, per ATM Card. You may withdraw no more than $510 per day (including surcharges), per Visa Debit Card. • To protect against possible losses, your ATM Card(s) will not allow you to obtain more than $500 in goods or services per ATM card, or $1,500 per Visa Debit Card, through any combination of transactions at point of sale terminals or purchases a Visa Merchants during a daily twenty-four (24) cycle. These limits are in addition to the ATM cash withdrawal limits previously stated.
Limitation on Dollar Amount of Transactions. There is a $5,000 daily aggregate limit for all Card transactions. You may use up to $1,000.00 per day of the $5,000 daily limit for cash withdrawals and up to $5,000 per day for POS and debit card transactions.

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date will be allocated to increase the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority until the cumulative Tranche Write-up Amounts allocated to each such Class of Reference Tranche is equal to the cumulative Tranche Write-down Amounts previously allocated to such Class of Reference Tranche on or prior to such Payment Date:

  • Termination of Agreement for Unavailability of Authority or Federal Funds It is the intent and understanding of the Parties that this Agreement is contingent upon the availability of Authority or Federal funds or the receipt by the Authority of Federal funds. If Authority funds or Federal funds approved or obligated by the Authority in connection with this Agreement are at any time rendered unavailable, the Authority shall then have the right to terminate this Agreement by the giving of a written notice, the basis, and the effective date of the termination to the Contractor. Should this Agreement be terminated by reason of the unavailability of Authority or Federal funds for the purposes of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Agreement prior to the effective date of the termination shall be delivered in a format specified by the Authority. In the event of termination under this section for lack of Authority or Federal funds, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment for Products and Services incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.

  • Interest Rate Limitation Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Loan Document, the interest paid or agreed to be paid under the Loan Documents shall not exceed the maximum rate of non-usurious interest permitted by applicable Law (the “Maximum Rate”). If the Administrative Agent or any Lender shall receive interest in an amount that exceeds the Maximum Rate, the excess interest shall be applied to the principal of the Loans or, if it exceeds such unpaid principal, refunded to the Borrower. In determining whether the interest contracted for, charged, or received by the Administrative Agent or a Lender exceeds the Maximum Rate, such Person may, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, (a) characterize any payment that is not principal as an expense, fee, or premium rather than interest, (b) exclude voluntary prepayments and the effects thereof, and (c) amortize, prorate, allocate, and spread in equal or unequal parts the total amount of interest throughout the contemplated term of the Obligations hereunder.

  • Application to Investments This Agreement shall apply to investments made in the territory of either Contracting Party in accordance with its laws, regulations or national policies by investors of the other Contracting Party prior to as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement.
