Daily Spending Limit definition

Daily Spending Limit means the maximum limit permitted by us, and communicated to you by us from time to time, in respect of which the Daily Transaction Amount must not exceed at any time, or such other amount as we may at our reasonable discretion from time to time prescribe for the purpose.

Daily Spending Limit means such limit as determined and notified to the Bank by the Purchasing Cardmember from time to time as the maximum limit up to which an individual Cardholder is permitted to effect Card Transactions per day.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Commitment Utilization Percentage means on any day the percentage equivalent to a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Credit Loans, including the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Letters of Credit, Swingline Loans and Competitive Loans, and (b) the denominator of which is the Total Commitment (or, on any day after termination of the Commitments, the Total Commitment in effect immediately preceding such termination).

  • Applicable ECF Percentage means, for any fiscal year, (a) 50% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is greater than or equal to 6.00 to 1.00, (b) 25% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than 6.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 5.00 to 1.00 and (c) 0% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than 5.00 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and

Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income includes, in the case of investments with a deferred interest feature (such as original issue discount debt instruments with payment-in-kind interest and zero coupon securities), accrued income that the Corporation has not yet received in cash. Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.
