Common use of Limitation on Flexing Shifts Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Flexing Shifts. 1. For shifts of ten (10) hours, working hours may flex up or down one half-hour or less in order to permit relieving of crew members at port of embarkation without incurring overtime, subject to committee process in Subsection H. 2. If schedules include offsetting eight (8) hour shifts, the WSF agrees to pay, no less than eight (8) hours pay for working the short shift for all employees on single day dispatch.
