LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as giving a Party the right to analyze, dissect, or disassemble any instrument, reagent, component, object, software or other property of the other Party provided under the terms of this Agreement, and which is not properly available from other sources which have the right to transfer such property and authorize such activity, in order to circumvent the need for a license of the technology reflected therein. The licenses granted hereunder do not include a license for research and development activities which are intended to identify means by which the need for the license can be avoided.
LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not alter, decrypt, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise translate the Software Program or assist or otherwise facilitate others to do so, except as and to the extent expressly permitted to do so by applicable law for the purposes of inter-operability, error correction, and security testing. If you have such statutory rights, you will notify Licensor in writing of any intended reverse engineering, reverse assembly, or reverse compilation. You may not decrypt the Software Program unless necessary for the legitimate Use of the Software Program.
LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. Except to the extent that such restriction is not permitted under applicable law, you are not permitted (and you agree not to) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of or modify the Software Product. Nothing contained herein shall be construed, expressly or implicitly, as transferring any right, license or title to you other than those explicitly granted under this XXXX. Abstract Services reserves all rights in its intellectual property rights not expressly agreed to herein. Unauthorized copying of the Software Product or failure to comply with the restrictions in this XXXX (or other breach of the license herein) will result in automatic termination of this Agreement and you agree that it will constitute immediate, irreparable harm to Abstract Services for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that injunctive relief will be an appropriate remedy for such breach.

LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. End User is not permitted, and agrees not to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of or modify the Product. Nothing contained herein shall be construed, expressly or implicitly, as transferring any right, license or title to End User other than those explicitly granted under this XXXX. SA reserves all rights in its intellectual property not expressly agreed to herein. Unauthorized copying of the Product or failure to comply with the restrictions in this XXXX (or other breach of the license herein) will result in automatic termination of this XXXX and End User agrees that any unauthorized use will constitute immediate, irreparable harm to SA for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that injunctive relief will be an appropriate remedy for such breach.
LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the Software Product, except and only to the extent that the right to do so is mandated under applicable law. Nothing contained herein shall be construed, expressly or implicitly, as transferring any right, license or title to Licensee other than those explicitly granted under this XXXX. Unauthorized copying of the Software Product or failure to comply with the above restrictions will result in automatic termination of this Agreement and will constitute immediate, irreparable harm to SafetyPAD for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, in which case injunctive relief will be an appropriate remedy for such breach.
LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. Reverse engineering of Ancillary Software shall be governed by its respective Ancillary Software License. As for the remainder of the Product, You shall not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to access or determine the source code of the Product without HP’s prior written consent. Where You have other statutory rights with regard to software, You shall provide HP with reasonably detailed information regarding any intended disassembly or decompilation of the Product prior to performing such disassembly or decompilation. You shall not decrypt the Product unless necessary for the licensed Use of the Product.
