Limitations on Grant of Rights. (a) The Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that, unless expressly stated otherwise in this Contract, nothing shall operate to constrain or restrict TfL or TTL's discretion as a public transport provider or the ability of either of them to make operational decisions in respect of the London Cycle Hire Scheme.
