Sponsorship Rights. To the extent Sponsor booked and was granted sponsorship rights at the Congress ("Sponsorship Rights"), the following provisions shall apply to such Sponsorship Rights (for purposes of this provision, Sponsor shall be referred to as "Sponsor"):

Sponsorship Rights the bundle of rights granted to the Sponsor as set out more fully in section 11 of Schedule 1, which includes the licence of the Event Marks granted in clause 2.1.1. Term: the date as set out in section 5 of Schedule 1. Territory: the United Kingdom. VAT: value added tax or any equivalent tax chargeable in the UK or elsewhere. Venue: means the premises where the Event is to take place, as set out in section 3 of Schedule 1.
Sponsorship Rights. During each Contract Year:
Sponsorship Rights. In exchange for the Sponsorship Fee, as defined in Section 2 below, the Sponsor will receive the following rights in connection with the Property (collectively, the “Sponsorship Rights”):
Sponsorship Rights. In consideration of the Sponsorship Amount described in Section 3. Above, the following are the rights and privileges conveyed upon the Sponsor: a. Sponsor shall be the exclusive sponsor of one (1) Bike Share stations. This shall include acknowledgment of the Sponsor’s contribution to the Bike Share Program permanent fixtures and improvements at the identified stations. The rights and privileges do not include any right to place Sponsor’s branding materials on any kiosk or other structure placed at the station for the purpose of allowing riders to pay for use of the bikes. The Sponsor and City shall agree upon designs for the Sponsor’s logo and branding materials including, but not limited to, sizes, coloring, lettering style, and any graphic art standards for usage of the Sponsor’s logo prior to placing said items on the sponsored station. The logo shall consist of the graphic design shown on Exhibit A, which is included herewith and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Sponsor acknowledges, understands, and agrees that any and all acknowledgments of Sponsor’s contribution shall comply with Nebraska Department of Roads and the Federal Highway Administration rules and restrictions for sponsorship acknowledgments. Further, Sponsor agrees that this contribution is made of its own free will and not as consideration for marketing rights associated with the Bike Share Program.
Sponsorship Rights. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the HOF Entities hereby grant to Constellation, for the entire Term (except as otherwise set forth on Exhibit E), the sponsorship rights, advertising rights and other benefits described on Exhibit E (the “Sponsorship Rights”).
Sponsorship Rights. The Nordiq Canada Ski Nationals is a Nordiq Canada property. All sponsors for the Nordiq Canada Ski Nationals must be approved by Nordiq Canada’s SDD or designate. Any use of Nordiq Canada logos must be approved by Nordiq Canada. All local or other sponsorship opportunities must be coordinated through the SDD or designate. Rights, properties, and sponsorship servicing obligations are fully outlined in 13.2.1. Contact the SDD for more information on OC sponsorship opportunities. Note: You will see three types of sponsors listed including: Title Sponsor, Day Sponsor, Supporting Sponsors. The Title Sponsor is the highest level of sponsorship and holds the most prominent position in event branding. The Title Sponsor's name is integrated into the event's official title, making it an exclusive partner. A Day Sponsor is a sponsor of a particular event or day (e.g., the 2024 Nordiq Canada Ski Nationals mass start, presented by Company W). Day sponsors are significant sponsors but do not have the same level of prominence as the Title Sponsor. Supporting Sponsors are any of Nordiq Canada’s current sponsors as well as any of the OC’s sponsors. They are important, but do not hold have the same level of prominence as the Title sponsor.
Sponsorship Rights. (a) Bottler will have the exclusive right to advertise the Products as the “Official” or “Exclusive” soft drink, sports drink, water, tea, energy drink and/or juice or juice drink, etc. of the Facilities. (b) Account hereby grants to Bottler a royalty-free license, exclusive for Beverages, to use the trademarks, logos and other intellectual property of the Account and Facilities (“Account Marks”) in connection with the promotion of Products. Such promotion may occur in advertising (TV, radio, and print), packaging, vessels, promotional materials, and point of sale materials for Products and may be in connection with the marks and logos of Bottler’s customers. (c) Account will not enter into any agreement or relationship whereby any Competitive Products are associated in any manner with Account, the Facilities, or any of the Account Marks in any advertising or promotional activity of any kind.

(d) Account will not enter into any agreement or relationship whereby any Competitive Products are associated in any manner with Account, the Facility, or any of the Account Marks in any advertising or promotional activity of any kind.
