Common use of Limitations on Grievance Arbitrators Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Grievance Arbitrators. 1. Arbitration shall be limited to grievances over matters involving interpretation, application or enforcement of the terms of this Agreement. 2. Arbitration shall not apply where Section 62.13 of the Wisconsin Statutes is applicable and where Management has reserved rights relating to arbitration in Article 5 of this Agreement. 3. No issue whatsoever shall be arbitrated or subject to arbitration unless such issue results from an action or occurrence which takes place following the execution of this Agreement, and no arbitration, determination, or award shall be made by an arbitrator, which grants any right or relief for any period of time whatsoever prior to the execution date of this Agreement or following the termination of this Agreement.
