Limitations on Number of Persons Attending Grievance Meetings. The total number of aggrieved employees and authorized Local and Union representatives to attend grievance meetings with Company representatives shall not exceed four (4) at the first step and five (5) at the second step. A maximum of four (4) employees at the first step and five (5) employees at the second step will be excused without loss of time or pay for regularly scheduled work time during the normal work week for attendance at such grievance meetings; provided that pay for attendance at grievance meetings shall be limited to time spent in meeting with the Company representatives and actual time required in traveling to and from such meetings, such travel time not to exceed a total of one and one-half (1-1/2) hours.
