Limited Authority. The Customs Broker’s sole authority as the agent of the Collateral Agent is to receive and maintain possession of the Title Documents and Property on behalf of the Collateral Agent and to follow the instructions of the Collateral Agent as provided herein. Except as may be specifically authorized and instructed in writing by the Collateral Agent, the Customs Broker shall have no authority as the agent of the Collateral Agent to undertake any other action or to enter into any other commitments on behalf of the Collateral Agent.
