Limited Maintenance and Production Support. Red Hat Enterprise Linux ELS entitles you to receive Software Maintenance and Production Support for Severity 1 and 2 problems as defined in Appendix 1 on x86 architectures, but only for a limited set of software components excluding those listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/rhel/server/extended_lifecycle_suppo rt/exclusions/. Red Hat Enterprise Linux ELS Software Maintenance is limited to those Software updates that Red Hat considers, in the exercise of its sole judgement, to be (a) critical impact security fixes independent of customer support requests and (b) selected urgent priority defect fixes that are available and qualified for a subset of the packages in specific major releases of Red Hat Enterprise Linux beyond the end of its regular production cycles. The Red Hat Enterprise Linux ELS stream will be maintained for an additional period of time immediately after the end-date of the regular production cycles of the relevant release as set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/updates/errata/.
