Limited Responsibility of Credit Union.  We will not be responsible for any costs, losses or inconvenience of any nature or kind arising as a result of a delay in processing a Transaction or for Transactions which are claimed by someone other than the intended recipient.  We will not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of funds held and/or limits on Western Union Services Transactions which are set by us, WUC, Acxsys Corporation, or any member of the WUC agent network.

  • Limited Responsibility Each Party shall be responsible only for service(s) and facility(ies) which are provided by that Party, its affiliates, authorized agents, subcontractors, or others retained by such parties, and neither Party shall bear any responsibility for the services and facilities provided by the other Party, the other Party’s affiliates, agents, subcontractors, or other persons retained by such parties. No Party shall be liable for any act or omission of another Telecommunications Carrier (other than an affiliate) providing a portion of a service, unless such Telecommunications Carrier is an authorized agent, subcontractor, or other retained by the party providing the service.

  • District Responsibility The District will pay to the retiree’s foreign medical carrier a monthly amount up to the maximum monthly amount that is paid to a carrier for the working members of the bargaining unit at the time the coverage is initiated.

  • District Responsibilities With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association together with an alphabetical list of unit members for who such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.

The Seller will promptly advise the Buyer of such corrective action as may be proposed by the Seller and any such Supplier. Such proposal will be consistent with any then existing obligations of the Seller hereunder and of any such Supplier towards the Buyer. Such corrective action, unless reasonably rejected by the Buyer, will constitute full satisfaction of any claim the Buyer may have against either the Seller or any such Supplier with respect to such Interface Problem.
