Use of Your Personal Information. We may have to collect, use and share certain personal information about you for a number of reasons, including to: • operate the Visa Account • offer you reward programs or other benefits • help protect you against fraud • obtain a credit report about you from a credit reporting agency • give credit reporting agencies information about your payment history on the Visa Account • verify your billing address for Merchants • if you are enrolled in the Visa Account Updater, to provide Merchants with your new Visa Card number or expiry date Vancity has a Privacy Code that explains in more detail why we collect personal information and how we will keep it safe, how we will use it, and when we might share it with others. If the Primary Cardholder has set an individual card limit for the Authorized User, the “credit limit” on the Visa Account details to which the Authorized User has access will appear as the card limit instead of the overall Credit Limit.

Use of Your Personal Information. The collection, use and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the Credit Union's Privacy Policy. In addition, you agree that the Credit Union may collect, use and disclose personal information about you, including information related to your Account(s) and use of the Mobile Payment Services, in order to verify your identity and to make the Mobile Payment Services available to you. • You acknowledge that the Mobile Payment Services may be used in conjunction with location based services (only applicable if your Electronic Device is used in conjunction with location-based services), and you agree that the Credit Union may collect, transmit, process, display, disclose, maintain or use location based data.
Use of Your Personal Information. Personal data collected by Core-22 will be used to deliver the purchased product or service requested and may be used for additional reasons including, but not limited to, sending you, or your users, information, to respond to request, for general core-22 correspondence, editorial and feedback purposes, statistical analysis of users' behavior, product development, content improvement, or customization of the content and layout of this website. Core-22 personnel have limited access to sensitive material and those who do, have personal usernames and passwords to prevent unauthorized personnel from gaining access to this information.
Use of Your Personal Information. 15.1. You warrant and guarantee that all personal information supplied by you to the Service Suppliers in the Application is true and correct. 15.2. You agree to immediately inform Cell C SP in writing if there is any change of whatsoever nature in any of your personal information, including your physical address, previously supplied to the Service Suppliers. 15.3. As and when necessary, you consent to the Service Suppliers obtaining, using, storing and/or disclosing your personal information provided to the Service Suppliers as follows: 15.3.1. to either credit grantors and/or credit bureaux and/or banks and/or other financial institutions in order to ascertain information relating to your creditworthiness (before the Service Suppliers accept the Agreement) and for fraud prevention purposes and in order to process any payment transactions necessary for and relative to the Agreement; 15.3.2. to attorneys and/or debt collection agencies if you breach the Agreement; 15.3.3. to the Service Suppliers’ agents and/or consultants and/or trade partners and/or Electronic Communications Service Providers and/or Cell C, but only to the extent necessary and in order to provide Services and Equipment to you; 15.3.4. to consumer research companies for the purposes of conducting research on improving services or products; 15.3.5. for the purposes of the Service Suppliers publishing a directory containing the name, address, details and the applicable Cellphone number of subscribers; and 15.3.6. for the purposes of Cell C SP informing or sending information to you about any new services or products offered by Cell C SP and/or by any of Cell C SP agents and/or consultants and/or trade partners which is considered to be of interest to you. Cell C SP will comply with the direct marketing provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) as amended and the CPA regulations, including the provisions relating to the direct marketing registry.
