Limited Services Agreement. Client understands that the purpose of meeting with Xxxxxx is to receive guidance and assistance with preparing for his/her children in the event Client is unable to care for his/her children. Client understands that the scope of this Immigration Clinic is not for any other purpose and that if Client is in need of legal advice referrals can be provided upon request. The Lawyer is not your Lawyer. The service that he/she is providing is on a volunteer basis and is therefore free. He/she will provide you with legal information only. The Lawyer will not represent you in any legal matters that you have discussed today, but will assist you in filling out forms. You are responsible for meeting all Court dates (if applicable) and for filing deadlines.

Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or De-Identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.
