Common use of Limits of agreed configuration Clause in Contracts

Limits of agreed configuration. The Generator agrees that nothing in this agreement obliges Powerlink to provide or utilise any specific technical configuration, architecture or associated equipment to satisfy its obligations under clause 1.1 (“Provision of Transmission Services by Powerlink”), unless otherwise specified under the Works Coordination Agreement.
