Limits of Deductions Required To Be. Made by the Employer 58 Deductions for membership dues will be made only in accordance with the provisions of the Employee’s Payroll Deduction Authorization, together with the provisions of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Employer will have no responsibility for the collection for any other deductions. Further, the Employer shall have no obligation to make deductions from the pay of any Employee who has insufficient net earnings due the Employee to cover the full amount of such deduction.
