Limits on Service. DESHODES may establish limits on the Service. For example, it may limit the number of days the Service will retain any content that DESHODES, Customer or its Users provide, the number and size of email messages that Customer may send or receive through the Service, the maximum storage space on DESHODES’s servers available to Customer, the number of Service accounts to which Customer may subscribe, how long DESHODES retains an inactive Service account (one where Customer does not sign in to the Service for an extended period of time; the number of transactions Customer can conduct through the Service, and the number of asynchronous transactions that can be executed with an organization 6.4 Use of Other DESHODES Services. Customer may need to use certain DESHODES websites or services to access and use the Services. If so, the terms of use associated with those websites or services, as applicable, apply to Customer’s use of them.
Limits on Service. This agreement does not require Monash University to provide any maintenance or other services in respect of the Website. Monash University reserves the right at any time to change, remove or discontinue any feature or function of the Website, or all or any part of the Website, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. From time to time Monash University may issue updates which add, modify and/or remove features from the Website. These updates may be pushed out automatically with or without notice to you. The terms of this agreement will govern any updates provided by Monash University, unless the update is accompanied by separate terms and conditions in which case those terms and conditions will apply.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • IN SERVICES ARTICLE 4.1

  • On-Site Service Under On-Site Service, a Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at your location. You must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service center. If so, the Service Provider will send the product to the service center at its expense.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Engineer Payment of Subproviders No later than ten (10) days after receiving payment from the State, the Engineer shall pay all subproviders for work performed under a subcontract authorized hereunder. The State may withhold all payments that have or may become due if the Engineer fails to comply with the ten-day payment requirement. The State may also suspend the work under this contract or any work authorization until subproviders are paid. This requirement also applies to all lower tier subproviders, and this provision must be incorporated into all subcontracts.

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements. All enhanced services offered by the Contractor must be pre-approved by OMPP prior to initiating such services. Enhanced services may include, but are not limited to, such items as:
