Limits on Tangible Property. The determination of whether to purchase or rent tangible property as Reimbursable Expenses must be approved in advance by the Contracting Authority. The CM shall maintain a current inventory of all such property and any such property, which has been purchased and has a useful life after Project Closeout shall be delivered to the Owner.
