Line of Duty Death Payroll Deduction. In the event of the death of a bargaining unit member in the line of duty, the BSO will process a payroll deduction of twenty- five dollars ($25.00) from dues paying members within the next full pay period. The sum total of the deduction will be made payable to IUPA for presentation to the bargaining unit member’s beneficiary on record with BSO. BSO will provide IUPA with a detailed accounting of all dues paying members included in the deduction.
