Line Splitting –Loop and UNE Port (UNE-P). 3.3.1 To the extent AFN is purchasing UNE-P pursuant to this Agreement, BellSouth will permit AFN to replace UNE-P with Line Splitting. The UNE-P arrangement will be converted to a stand-alone Loop, a Network Element switch port, two collocation cross-connects and the high frequency spectrum line activation. The resulting arrangement shall continue to be included in AFN’s Embedded Base as described in Section 5.4.3.2. 3.3.2 AFN shall provide BellSouth with a signed LOA between it and the Data LEC or Voice CLEC with which it desires to provision Line Splitting services, if AFN will not provide voice and data services. 3.3.3 Line Splitting arrangements in service pursuant to this Section 3.3 must be disconnected or provisioned pursuant to Section 3.2 on or before March 10, 2006.

The resulting arrangement shall continue to be included in Seven Bridges’s Embedded Base as described in Section 5.4.3.2. 3.3.2 Seven Bridges shall provide BellSouth with a signed LOA between it and the Data LEC or Voice CLEC with which it desires to provision Line Splitting services, if Seven Bridges will not provide voice and data services. 3.3.3 Line Splitting arrangements in service pursuant to this Section 3.3 must be disconnected or provisioned pursuant to Section 3.2 on or before March 10, 2006.
