Line Splitting –Loop and UNE Port (UNE-P). 3.2.1 To the extent <<customer_short_name>> is purchasing UNE-P pursuant to this Agreement, BellSouth will permit <<customer_short_name>> to replace UNE-P with Line Splitting. The UNE-P arrangement will be converted to a stand-alone Loop, a Network Element switch port, two collocation cross-connects and the high frequency spectrum line activation. The resulting arrangement shall continue to be included in <<customer_short_name>>’s Embedded Base as described in Section 5.4.3.2.
