Linear Projects. HSMCC should avoid locating linear projects, including but not limited to maintenance activities, repaving, diversions and extensions of trails, roads, etc., in vulnerable locations and in anticipated xxxxx adaptation areas. These projects should be revised to accommodate the applicable coastal hazard. Accommodations may involve rerouting of the trail, abandonment and restoration, or elevating at-risk portions. If this is not feasible, the project may require approval by the full Critical Area Commission. If impacts to the Buffer occur strictly in order to accommodate anticipated coastal hazards, mitigation is required as per the HSMCC MOU and Buffer Management Plan. Application information should note if coastal hazards are anticipated for the project site: • Location in the CS CRAB • Location in a wetland adaptation area • If either of the above scenarios apply, application information shall demonstrate that HSMCC has attempted to avoid impacts from coastal hazards in the following ways: o Incorporate climate resilient practices to minimize damage to the investment or project; examples include freeboard, wet proofing and dry proofing. o Relocate the project to avoid impacts from coastal hazards. o Relocate the project to preserve and maintain a potential wetland adaptation area. • If it is not feasible to avoid impacts to wetland adaptation areas as described above, the project will be reviewed by the full Commission. HSMCC must: o Demonstrate why the impact is unavoidable; o Demonstrate how other ecological features on site could be enhanced to maintain existing wetland function and provide protection against coastal hazards; and o Recommend methods to address detrimental impacts. Projects that cannot avoid coastal hazards and also cannot incorporate practices to minimize impacts will be reviewed by the full Commission. Projects that cannot avoid impacts to wetland adaptation areas will also be reviewed by the full Commission.   • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. Such work will be identified by the Authorized User within the RFQ. See “Prevailing Wage Rates – Public Works and Building Services Contracts’ in Appendix B, Clause 10, OGS General Specifications. Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. The Prevailing Wage Case Number for this Contract is PRC# 2014011745. The Prevailing Wage Rates for various occupations and General Provisions of Laws Covering Workers on Article 8 Public Work Contract can be accessed at the following NYS Department of Labor website: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/wpp/xxxxXxxxXxxxxxx.xx?method=showIt  Insert PRC# 2014011745 in the box provided and click Submit.  Click Wage Schedule located underneath the main header of this page. The PDF file may be searched to obtain the Prevailing Wage Rate for a specific occupation. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Credit for Project Work In order to compensate PURCHASER for project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under the section titled, “Project Work,” of this contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER’s timber account in the sum of $46,657 upon completion of and STATE’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. PURCHASER may request partial credit for project work when PURCHASER has completed and STATE has accepted project work, in accordance with the following credit schedule: Partial credit amount of $24,999 (Project No. 1 completion) Partial credit amount of $ 545 (Project No. 2 completion) Partial credit amount of $ 2,721 (Project No. 3 completion) Partial credit amount of $ 1,753 (Project No. 4 completion) Partial credit amount of $16,639 (Project No. 5 completion)

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
