USE OF NASA NAME AND NASA EMBLEMS A. NASA Name and Initials Partner shall not use "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" or "NASA" in a way that creates the impression that a product or service has the authorization, support, sponsorship, or endorsement of NASA, which does not, in fact, exist. Except for releases under the "Release of General Information to the Public and Media" Article, Partner must submit any proposed public use of the NASA name or initials (including press releases and all promotional and advertising use) to the NASA Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications or designee ("NASA Communications") for review and approval. Approval by NASA Office of Communications shall be based on applicable law and policy governing the use of the NASA name and initials.
B. NASA Emblems Use of NASA emblems (i.e., NASA Seal, NASA Insignia, NASA logotype, NASA Program Identifiers, and the NASA Flag) is governed by 14 C.F.R. Part 1221. Partner must submit any proposed use of the emblems to NASA Communications for review and approval.
Vendor Logo (Supplemental Vendor Information Only) No response Optional. INCORPORATION OF GUIDES BY REFERENCE The Seller/Servicer acknowledges that it has received and read the Guides. All provisions of the Guides are incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract, and shall be binding upon the parties; provided, however, that the Seller/Servicer shall be entitled to sell Loans to and/or service Loans for Residential Funding only if and for so long as it shall have been authorized to do so by Residential Funding in writing. Specific reference in this Contract to particular provisions of the Guides and not to other provisions does not mean that those provisions of the Guides not specifically cited in this Contract are not applicable. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings as such terms have in the Guides, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
Use of Name and Reports Without the Advisor’s prior written consent, neither the Company nor any of its affiliates (nor any director, officer, manager, partner, member, employee or agent thereof) shall quote or refer to (i) the Advisor’s name or (ii) any advice rendered by the Advisor to the Company or any communication from the Advisor in connection with performance of their services hereunder, except as required by applicable federal or state law, regulation or securities exchange rule.
Use of Trust or Manager’s Name Subadviser will not use the name of Manager, the Trust or the Fund in any prospectus, advertisement, sales literature or other communication to the public except in accordance with such policies and procedures as shall be mutually agreed to by the Subadviser and the Manager.
