Common use of List of Services Available for Resale Clause in Contracts

List of Services Available for Resale. The type of services listed on Appendix A, attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement, are available for resale by Max-Tel. Subject to the limitations on resale enumerated in this Article, any new services that GTE offers in the future at retail to customers who are not telecommunications carriers shall also be available to Max-Tel for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Additional regulations, terms and conditions relating to the type of services listed on Appendix A can be found in the appropriate intrastate local, toll and access tariffs. Terms, conditions and other matters concerning rate applications, technical parameters, provisioning capability, definitions and feature interactions contained in such tariffs are applicable to the type of services offered under this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference. Modifications to services listed on Appendix A shall be provided to Max-Tel in accordance with GTE’s practices and procedures.
