Maintenance, Testing and Repair. GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to DTI and its end user customers for resold Services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a DTI end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by DTI. DTI must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold Services according to the procedures described in the Guide.
Maintenance, Testing and Repair. GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to First Choice and its end user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a First Choice end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by First Choice. First Choice must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to RECONEX and its end user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a RECONEX end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by RECONEX. RECONEX must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to NEN and its end-user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end-user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a NEN end-user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by NEN. NEN must provide to GTE all end-user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.
Maintenance, Testing and Repair. 10.1 It is agreed between AFS and ACS that any change, maintenance, testing or repair on any Telecommunications Services or unbundled Network Elements serving AFS or AFS customers will be performed with a minimum of disruption of service and at parity with that which ACS provides for itself or its customers.
10.2 ACS shall provide AFS emergency restoral, maintenance, and repair on the same schedule that ACS provides to its own customers.
10.3 ACS will ensure that Unbundled Network Elements are maintained and repaired to meet the transmission characteristics appropriate for the type of UNE that AFS ordered and is paying for on a recurring basis. ACS will repair such UNEs consistent with similar network elements for its own customers.
10.4 ACS shall provide repair, maintenance and testing for all Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and consistent with its provision of service and repair to itself.
10.5 ACS shall dispatch maintenance dispatch personnel for AFS elements and services on the same schedule to that which it provides its own subscribers.
10.6 All ACS employees or contractors who perform repair service for AFS shall follow ACS standard procedures in all their communications with AFS subscribers. These procedures and protocols shall ensure that: (1) ACS employees or contractors shall perform repair service that is consistent with the quality provided to ACS subscribers; and (2) trouble calls from AFS shall receive response time priority that is consistent with that of ACS subscribers and shall be handled in a nondiscriminatory manner.
10.7 ACS shall provide AFS with scheduled maintenance, including, without limitation, required and recommended maintenance intervals and procedures, for all Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements provided to AFS under this Agreement equal in quality to that currently provided by ACS in the maintenance of its own network.
10.8 ACS shall give reasonable advanced notice to AFS of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by ACS on any network element, including, without limitation, any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality which may potentially impact AFS subscribers.
10.9 On all misdirected calls from AFS or ACS subscribers requesting repair, the Parties shall provide the subscriber with the correct repair telephone number and offer to transfer...

GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a Pathnet end-user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by Pathnet. Pathnet must provide to GTE all end-user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to EZ-TEL and its end user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a EZ-TEL end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by EZ-TEL. EZ-TEL must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

Spectra will provide repair and maintenance services to CD and its end-user customers for resold Services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such Services provided to Spectra end-user customers and will comply with Commission Standards. Spectra will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a CD end-user until such time as trouble is reported to Spectra by CD. CD must provide to Spectra all end-user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold Services according to the procedures described in the CenturyTel Service Guide.

CenturyTel will provide repair and maintenance services to CD and its end- user customers for resold Services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such Services provided to CenturyTel end-user customers and will comply with Commission Standards. CenturyTel will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a CD end-user until such time as trouble is reported to CenturyTel by CD. CD must provide to CenturyTel all end-user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold Services according to the procedures described in the CenturyTel Service Guide.
