Listing of Share Consideration. The Holdco Class A Common Stock to be issued in connection with the Transactions shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq, or another national securities exchange mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing, as of the Closing Date, subject only to official notice of issuance.
Listing of Share Consideration. Holdco Shares to be issued as Meten Merger Consideration shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq or NYSE pursuant to Section 7.9, subject to official notice of approval thereof and public holder requirements.
