Notice of Approval. (a) General; letter of approval and other notice of approval requirements. The State approving agency, upon deter- mining that an educational institution, training establishment, or organization or entity offering a licensing or certifi- cation test has complied with all the requirements for approval will—
(1) Notify by letter, as described in paragraph (b) of this section, each such educational institution, training estab- lishment, or organization or entity of- fering a licensing or certification test; and
(2) Furnish VA an official copy of the letter, any attachments, and any sub- sequent amendments. In addition, the State approving agency will furnish VA a copy of each such—
(i) Educational institution’s approved catalog or bulletin;
(ii) Training establishment’s applica- tion requesting approval; or
(iii) Organization’s or entity’s can- didate handbook.
Notice of Approval or of refusal of approval of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation shall be communicated to the Parties to the Agreement which apply this Regulation by means of a form conforming to the model in Annex 1, Appendix 1 to this Regulation and of drawings, giving the particulars referred to in paragraphs 2.1.2.2., 2.1.2.3. and 2.
Notice of Approval or of refusal of approval of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation shall be communicated to the Parties to the Agreement which apply this Regulation by means of a form conforming to the model in Annex 1 to this Regulation and of diagrams, supplied by the applicant for approval, of the installation in a format not larger than A4 (210 x 297 mm) or folded to that format, and on an appropriate scale.
Notice of Approval. The approval by Administrative Agent of a Nominated Financing will be confirmed by a written notice from Administrative Agent to Borrower Agent in the form of Appendix 6 and shall identify, without limitation, (i) any additional terms, Material Underlying Financing Participants and conditions specific to such Approved Financing, (ii) the Material Underlying Financing Documents, (iii) the aggregate principal amount of the Approved Financing as well as the Nominal Amount, if different and (iv) the amount of the Advance available for such Approved Financing which shall be determined by Administrative Agent and shall be no greater than the Nominal Value for such Approved Financing. Lenders’ Commitment to finance any Approved Financing on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall automatically expire if neither the funding of the initial Advance nor the inclusion of the Approved Financing as part of the Borrowing Base (whether or not an Advance has been made) as a result of an Additional Collateral Event in respect of such Approved Financing occurs on or prior to the expiration of the Loan Availability Period.

(1) Notify by letter, as described in paragraph (b) of this section, each such
Notice of Approval. The Secretary shall promptly transmit a copy of each application approved under para- graph (6) and the conditions and restrictions established under paragraph (7) to—
(A) the Secretary of State for transmittal to the foreign nation involved;
(B) the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating; and
(C) any Council which has authority over any fishery specified in such application.
Notice of Approval or of refusal of approval of a vehicle type pursuant to this UN Regulation shall be communicated to the Parties to the Agreement which apply this UN Regulation by means of a form conforming to the model in Annex 1, Appendix 1 to this UN Regulation.
Notice of Approval. (a) In the event that ICQ determines that a particular Candidate Application meets all requirements for designation as an Approved Complete ICQ Application, ICQ will so inform IXI in writing. Upon receipt of such written notice, the relevant Candidate Application will be considered an Approved Complete ICQ Application for purposes of this Agreement.
(b) In the event that ICQ determines that a particular Candidate Application fails to meet applicable Approval Criteria, ICQ will so inform IXI in writing, stating ICQ’s reasons for such determinations. IXI may, at its option, thereafter elect to modify the relevant Candidate Application for re-submission to ICQ for evaluation pursuant to Section 4.2, provided that any such re-submission shall comply with the requirements of Section 4.1 and, prior to any such re-submission, IXI shall have (i) successfully tested the modified Candidate Application by means of remote access to the Test Server; (ii) made good faith determinations that the relevant Candidate Application complies in all material respects with the Approval Criteria; and (iii) made a good faith determination that the modified Candidate Application corrects the failures previously identified by ICQ.
Notice of Approval. Hearings mean the form or forms of notice, reasonably agreed to by the Plaintiffs, the Domfoam Defendants, the Brayiannis Defendant and the Individual Settling Parties, or such other form or forms as may be approved by the Courts, which informs the Settlement Class of: (i) the principal elements of this Settlement Agreement; and (ii) the dates and locations of the Approval Hearings.
Notice of Approval. Within [***] after AbbVie’s receipt of the first Regulatory Approval for such Second Generation Product or for such Additional Indication in the first Major Market, AbbVie shall provide Licensor with written notice of the receipt of such Regulatory Approval, together with a statement of the Core Development Costs incurred by AbbVie in Developing such Second Generation Product or such Additional Indication as of the date of such notice (such notice and statement of Development Costs, a “Notice of Approval,” and such Core Development Costs, the “Additional Development Costs” ).
