LIVING AGREEMENT. In keeping with our Philosophy Statement, this is a “Living Agreement”. As a “Living Agreement,” both the Union and Management understand that there may be issues that arise during the implementation of this Agreement that have not been addressed or discussed during bargaining. However, it may only be modified through consensus of the Parties.
