Living Quarters, Meals, or Laundry Service. Rates for maintenance, including living quarters, meals, or laundry service, furnished by the County to any Department Head or employee, shall be fixed by a resolution of the Board of Supervisors from time to time. Payment therefore shall be made by a deduction from compensation, or by performance of additional services, as may be determined by the Board of Supervisors.
